Astrology for education

All of us want to learn fast and easily. Many are looking for the method of super simple learning, especially when it is about languages. A „wonder” method is maybe more obvious than you think: the recognition of YOUR own PERSONALITY. There are many pathways to increase this self awareness, one of them is astrology. Astrology is very controversial: is it scientific or is it supernatural? Are astrology predictions true? Does astrology determine fate or personality? Let's have a look ;-)

Daily, weekly, yearly horoscopes in the media are quite general, which is okay if we are aware of that. We shouldn't expect a weekly overview of a zodiac to be entirely true for each person who has the same sign. The individual content, which perfectly matches you, can be read from your birth chart (including the exact time of your birth moment and your birthplace). The astrology chart is essentially a map of the sky at the moment you were born. The planets and the signs tell us what talents and capabilities the owner might have. My suggestion would be that each new born baby receives a birth chart with some explanation so that he or she and the parents can be aware of all of the possibilities.

I got my first personalized astrological portrait from my uncle when I was thirteen and it totally struck me. I fell in love with astrology on the spot. I have taught myself a great deal about it and a few years later I went to an astropsychological school (Huber method). The Huber style astrology impressed me a lot.

I asked my relatives, colleagues, students if they were interested in their personal horoscopes. Some of them loved my work from the beginning and some of them needed a bit more time to admit the great wisdom of astrology. Moreover, many of them came back to me with further questions, even bringing a curious friend.

Based upon these success stories I started to apply astrology in my teaching methods. I am trying to fit the lessons and the exercises perfectly to the student's temperament (personality). As I wrote it in my introduction, I think personalized tuition is really important as it can ensure that the individual internalizes the foreign language or any other subject. Thanks to astrology I can identify much quicker personalities. Helping me to focus on their capabilities and their motivation as well. Motivation in learning is considered to be a significant issue. My students have given me positive feedback on personal horoscope based education: 'We know each other better.', 'I feel more comfortable when learning.', 'I am happy to have a teacher and a personal therapist in one person'. If I consider the strengths & weaknesses of a personality while preparing the teaching material, the students' performance improve more than we all expect. For example, one of my students (18-year-old girl) had difficulties to express herself verbally in English although her lexical knowledge was excellent. Using my method we managed to find out that her fears ruled her mind because of her perfectionism. We discussed the options how she could cancel her fears and in a year she became so open that she could make a lot of new friends in our summer camp using her language skills!

If you haven't been convinced of astrology yet, you can try out my method just for fun. You have nothing to lose but gain a lot. It is worth learning according to your own character.
The astrology signs are grouped into four essential elements: fire, water, air and earth. The symbolism of these elements is so exact that the element that your astrology sign lies under greatly influences your personality traits. Let's check the short characteristics: Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) are free and elusive like air, they live in their mind. Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) represent the intuition and emotional aspects. They are empathetic, caring and helpful but they are over sensitive and can be easily hurt by others. Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) are very temperamental and passionate, however, if managed properly, their energy can be very beneficial. They are the most materialistic and possessive of all zodiac elements. Weekly English 109.: Reported speech II./ Reported questions

KÉRDÉSEK FÜGGŐBESZÉDBEN

Minden eddigi szabály, amely a függőbeszédben érvényes volt, érvényes a függő kérdésekre is. Tehát az eredeti kérdéshez képest meg kell változtatni az igeidőt, az idő- és helyhatározókat és (szükség esetén) a személyes névmásokat is.

A függő kérdések azonban 2 csoportra oszthatóak: kérdőszavas és kérdőszó nélküli függő kérdésekre.

1.) Függő kérdés kérdőszóval: az eredeti kérdés kérdőszava megmarad és utána a kijelentő mondat szórendje szerint következnek a mondatrészek. Pl.: eredeti kérdés: 'Where are you?' > My mother asked where I was.

2.) Függő kérdés kérdőszó nélkül: a bevezető mondat után az 'if'/ 'whether' szócskával kötjük az eredeti kérdést, szintén a kijelentő mondat szórendje szerint. Pl.: erdeti kérdés: 'Are you here?' > My sister asked if we were there.

FRAGEN IN DER INDIREKTEN REDE

Alle Regeln, die bei Aussagen gelten, sind auch bei Fragen geltend (Zeitverschiebung, zeitliche & örtliche Änderungen, Personenbezogene Veränderungen).

Es gibt zwei Gruppen von Fragen in der indirekten Rede: mit Fragewort oder ohne Fragewort.

1.) Fragen mit Fragewort greifen in der indirekten Rede das Fragewort wieder auf. Es steht direkt nach dem einleitenden Verb, danach Subjekt, Prädikat (wie in einem Aussagesatz).

z.B. 'Where are you?' > My mother asked where I was.

2.) Fragen ohne Fragewort werden mit 'if'/ 'whether' eingeleitet.

z.B. 'Are you here?' > My sister asked if we were there.

A személyre szabott horoszkóp szerepe a nyelvtanulásban

Sokan keresnek egy "titkos csodamódszert", melynek segítségével gyorsan megtanulhatnak különböző nyelveken, vagy ami által könnyebben megy majd a tanulás. A megoldás talán kézenfekvőbb, mint gondolnánk: ÖNISMERET kell hozzá, melynek egyik lehetséges formája az asztrológia. Az asztrológiáról/ horoszkópról rengeteg tévhit terjeng. Az első számú az, hogy "semmire sem jó, kamu, jóslás az egész!" Erre általában az a válaszom, hogy gyere, akkor próbáljuk ki! ;-)

A heti, havi, éves előrejelzések a médiában igencsak általánosak. Ezzel nincs is baj, ha a helyén kezeljük őket, és nem várjuk, hogy például Mérleg létünkre az összes Mérleghez leírt történés bekövetkezzék. Az igazi és csak ránk jellemző tartalom a születési horoszkópunkból olvasható ki. Ehhez szükség van a születési dátumon kívül a pontos születési időre (óra, perc) és a születési helyre. A bolygók abban a percben történő állása mutatja meg nekünk, milyen jellemzőket, potenciálokat hordozunk magunkban. (Pont emiatt javasolnám, hogy minden Újszülött kaphasson egy klassz kis leírást, hogy Szülei és később önmaga is tisztába kerülhessen összes lehetőségével.)

Tizenéves koromban az első személyre szóló horoszkópotól és egyéves előrejelzéstől egyben, melyet Nagybátyámtól kaptam, konkrétan leesett az állam... Ott és akkor beleszerettem a csillagok tudományába. Autodidakta módon kezdtem el tanulmányozni az asztrológiát, majd évekkel később beiratkoztam egy asztrológiai-pszichológiai iskolába (Huber-módszer), mely teli találat volt számomra. Lassanként elkedztem kérdezgetni a körülöttem élő embereket, kollégákat, tanítványokat, érdekli-e őket a horoszkópjuk. Akik kezdetben kételkedtek, a személyes horoszkópjuk megismerése után kivétel nélkül beismerték, hogy "ebben bizony van valami", sőt legtöbbjük visszajött aktuális kérdéseivel, szeretteinek adataival, hogy akkor nézzük meg ezeket is! 

Ezen sikereken felbuzdulva döntöttem úgy, hogy az erre nyitott tanulóimnak szívesen megnézem a horoszkópját és megpróbálok temperamentumuknak megfelelő órákat, anyagokat és magyarázatokat adni. Mint azt bemutatkozásomban le is írtam, a személyre szabottságra  nagy hangsúlyt fektetek, mert az egyén ettől érezheti igazán magáénak az idegen nyelvet vagy éppen a matmatikát. Az asztrológia által gyorsabban megismerhetem a személyiségeket, nem csak temperamentumukat, hanem motivációjukat is. A motiváció pedig nagyon fontos kérdés a tanulásban. Sorra kaptam/ kapom tanítványaimtól a pozitív visszajelzéseket az asztrológiával kapcsolatban: jobban megismerjük egymást a tanár-diák kapcsolatban, komfortosabban érzik magukat tanuláskor, hiszen tudatosan odafigyelünk személyes erősségeikre & gyengeségeikre, így a teljesítményük egyértelműen -a várnál nagyobb mértékben- javul. Például egy olyan tanulómról, aki kezdetben nem mert megszólalni (habár tökéletesen tudta a középfokú nyelvtant), kiderült, hogy perfekcionizmusa húzódik félelmei hátterében. Átbeszéltük, hogyan tudja ezt Ő személyesen áthidalni; azóta szárnyra kapott és az egyik külföldi táborban több külföldi barátot is szerzett újkeletű nyitottságával és nyelvtudásával!

Hogyan segíthet az asztrológia a tanulásban?

Akiket eddig még nem győzött meg az asztrológia, azok az alább leírtakat a egyfajta játéknak is tekinthetik, de egy próbát mindenképpen megér, hogy az ember a saját karaktere szerint kezdjen el tanulni. Hiszen ha bejön, akkor csak nyerhetünk vele :)

A születési képlet 10 bolygójának elhelyezkedése alapján egy ember személyiségében négy alapkarakter különböztethető meg négy elemnek megfelelően, melyek a Tűz, a Víz, a Levegő és a Föld. Alapjellemzőik röviden: a túlnyomóan Levegő elemmel (Ikrek, Mérleg, Vízöntő) rendelkezők könnyedén továbblépnek, folyamatosan áramlanak, mint a levegő; könnyed kapcsolatok, gondolkodás és filozofálás jellemzi őket. Akiknél a Víz elem (Rák, Skorpió, Halak) van többségben, azoknál az érzelmek megélése és kifejezése a kulcs. Mederbe kell terelni a személyiséget, különben szétfolyik/ elpárolog. A Tűz energia birtoklóit (Kos, Oroszlán, Nyilas) fokozott aktivitás, életöröm, lendület és harciasság jellemzik. A nagyobb részt Föld elemű (Bika, Szűz, Bak) személyeket a gyakorlatiasság jellemzi, jó adottságaik vannak a megszerzett anyagiak megtartására, a stabil alapok kialakítására, azonban stabilitásuk miatt nem könnyen mozgathatóak. Ezen alapkarakter ismeretében teljesen nyilvánvaló, hogy egy erős Víz elemű, álmodozóbb típusú nyelvtanulónak nem lesz megfelelő egy csupa Tűz elemű tanár, aki végig dinamikus és célorientált.

A születési képletből azonban nem csak az látszik, hogy milyen az alap-karaktere valakinek, vagy hogy mondjuk Nyilas (Napjegyű), hanem leolvasható az is, hogy milyen ösztönös válaszreakciókat ad idegen és megszokott helyzetekben, milyen memorizáló valamint felfogó képességgel rendelkezik. Ez utóbbit például a Merkúr bolygó állása mutatja a horoszkópban. Nézzük röviden a 12-féle (Kostól a Halakig) Merkúr rövid jellemzését:

Merkúr a Bikában: kiegyensúlyozott gondolkodású, megfontoltság jellemzi. Józan, előrelátó. Figyelnie kell a rugalmasságra és a megrögzöttség elkerülésére.
Merkúr az Ikrekben: állandó eszmecsere, gondolatközlés, esetleg vita jellemzi. Alkalmazkodó, gyors, vág az esze, gyakran variál. Türelmetlen és ravasz lehet.
Merkúr a Rákban: logikusan gondolkodik, kitűnő memóriája és képzelőereje van. Nosztalgikus. Új helyzetekben bizonytalan, nyugtalan lehet.
Merkúr az Oroszlánban: kitűnő tervező és szervező. Racionális, praktikus, intelligens. Drámai vagy zsarnok stílust vehet fel.
Merkúr a Szűzben: józan, kritikus és gyakorlatias. Túlzottan elmerülhet a részletekben.
Merkúr a Mérlegben: együttérző, megértő, megfontoltan reagál. Olykor határozatlan és halogató lehet.
Merkúr a Skorpióban: határozott, szeret kutatni, intellektuális. Befelé forduló, hajlamos lehet a mániákusságra.
Merkúr a Nyilasban: széles látókör, gyors átlátás jellemzi. Bölcs és jó a nyelvérzéke. Nyughatatlanság és önbizalomhiány jellemezheti.
Merkúr a Bakban: racionális, gyakorlatias, komótos, általában jó matematikai érzékkel rendelkezik. Gyakran pesszimista, komor vagy szótlan lehet.
Merkúr a Vízöntőben: eredeti, vonzza a különlegesség, dinamikus beszédű. Makacs és különc is lehet.
Merkúr a Halakban: intuitív, bátran hagyatkozhat megérzéseire, nagyon együttérző. Csapongó, feledékeny, bátortalan lehet.

At Father's Day we celebrate the fatherhood. In many countries (like in Hungary, in the UK, in Canada and in the USA) it is celebrated on the third Sunday of June. Common Father's Day gifts are either items of clothing, e.g. ties, socks, slippers or tools for household maintenance, garden work, even luxury food items or drinks. This day is a unique opportunity to give Dads a royal treatment :) There is another celebration on 19th November for men and boys who are not fathers: it is called International Men's Day.

1. Play together: for example, switch roles and let your Daddy be the kid for this day :)

2. Make your own card for your Daddy: draw or paint a nice picture. At the end of your work you can trace/ print your own hand to the top/ bottom of your picture.

3. Candy filled tie pot: fill a pot with your Daddy's facourite candy/ chocolate, then draw a tie and stick it to the pot. Later he can use this pot as a pencil box at his office ;)

4. Make a shadow photo: take a big carton and write/ draw 'I love Daddy', 'we <3 Daddy" etc. onto it, then cut the text out. Hold the carton above your head and ask Mum to take a photo of your shadow.

5. Write a short poem/ story for Daddy about the reasons why he is the best Dad all over the world.

6. Colourful coasters: divide a coaster into two/ four/ eight etc. parts and use different colours of acrylic paint for each part. It will be a really useful homemade present for Daddy.

How to renovate a home?

If you want to get your home renovated, you should find reliable craftsmen who can help you effectively. Together is easier to find the best option for (re)decorating. The experts paint, decorate, look for and deliver new furniture, install new machines etc. for you. At first, the bricklayer can raise new walls and they can be painted by the painter. Secondly, the tiler covers the walls and/ or floors with tiles and after that the carpenter constructs cabinets to each room of the flat/ house which will be created or customed by the cabinet maker. Then the glazier repairs or replaces damaged glass in the windows. Luckily not everyone needs a roofer to get his roof repaired. A new heating system can be installed by the gas-fitter and new taps by the plumber. Sometimes it isn't easy to find a good and cheap electrician to install washing machines and dishwashers.
