FELTÉTELES MÓD

Angolul az "if"-es (=ha) mondatok a feltételes mód mellékmondatai. Maga az "if"-es tagmondat állhat a másik tagmondat előtt vagy mögött is, mely a jelenre, jövőre vagy múltra vonatkozó feltételt tartalmazza.

a) 0. típusú feltételes mondat: általános feltételek esetén

Használata:
- általános jelentésű mondatok esetében
- a "ha" (if) helyettesíthető az "amikor" (when) szóval

Képzése:
if+ Present Simple; Present Simple

Például:
If you add salt to the soup, it tastes delicious.
The soup tastes delicious when you add salt to it.

b) 1. típus feltételes mondat: jövő időre vonatkozó feltétel esetén

Használata:
- a feltétel a jövőre vonatkozik: "ha ez van, akkor ez van/lesz"
- hiába jelen idejű mindkét magyar mondat, angolban KÖTELEZŐ jövő időt használni

Képzése:
if+ Present Simple; will+ Verb

Például:
If I save more money, I will travel to the USA next year.
I'll travel to the USA next year if I save more money.

IF-SÄTZE (KONDITIONALSÄTZE)

If-Sätze sind Nebensätze, die durch das Wort if (wenn/ falls) eingeleitet werden. Der If-Satz kann vor oder hinter der Hauptsatz stehen. Er stellt Bedingung(en) für Präsens, Präteritum und Futur.

a) If-Sätze mit allgemeingültiger Bedingung (Typ 0)

Verwendung:
-Tatsachen
- allgemeingültie Aussage
- auch "when" kann verwendet werden

Bildung:
if+ Present Simple; Present Simple

Beispiel:
If you add salt to the soup, it tastes delicious.
The soup tastes delicious when you add salt to it.

b) If-Sätze mit erfüllbarer Bedingung (Typ 1)

Verwendung:
- Bedingung mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit, wirklich erfüllbar

Bildung:
if + Present Simple; will+ Verb

Beispiel:
If I save more money, I will travel to the USA next year.
I'll travel to the USA next year if I save more money.
